Our vessel
Powered by twin 200 Yamaha's, our 2825 Kingfisher delivers the best of both worlds. Cruise inside the enclosed heated or cooled cabin or hang out on the back deck and enjoy the unparalelled views, the sound system, and of course the fishing. 400 horse power gets us to where we need to be - fast!

Packages
6 Hour Charter
When retention for Hatchery COHO is open, usually each licence allows 2. Dock to fishing grounds is about 25 minutes depending on the wind. Time it right with the tide on a 6-hour charter and we’ll have a blast reeling them in.
8 Hour Charter
The 8 hour trip gives us a little more time to fish our local waters, taking advantage of 2 tide changes, which is really beneficial. The best fishing times are an hour before and an hour after the change, with the highs providing access to areas that are not typically fishable, and the lows exposing areas where fish congregate.
10 Hour Charter
A 10 hour booking will allow us plenty of time to cross over to Gabriola Island or head to the Sunshine Coast. Crossing the Strait is about 40 miles and takes roughly 1.5 hours depending on wind. The Sunshine Coast is about the same. Once we arrive our options are usually: 1 Lingcod, 1 Rock Fish and 2 Hatchery COHO per licence. Hopefully on July 15th DFO will allow retention of Chinook or Kings.

Fishing Destinations
Depending on the package you book, the tide, the weather, the time of year, and what's open we can either stay close to home or go further asea in order to capture the species we're after.

Captain TRay
My passion for big ocean fishing really took off back in my early 30’s when I had the opportunity to learn the ropes with my good friend, Dave Webber. On his 18’6” Silver Streak, we were constantly out fishing the 5 Fingers near Nanaimo. Dave has all the toys: top of the line Lawrence Electronics, Scotty Downriggers and the beautiful world-renowned Islander Reels. From then on, I was hooked! Pun intended.
Thanks Dave.

"Trevor took us out on a wild 6 day fishing trip up the Inside Passage, and honestly I've never had so many bites in such a short amount of time. We got so many salmon. And there were even orcas right where we were fishing!
On the very last day of the trip I was put to work, reeling in the largest fish I’ve ever caught, a 126 cm Pacific Halibut!"
